What’s in store? Now in its 18th year, Cuisine & Cuvée has evolved into one of the city's top fundraisers of its kind. It’s a party with a purpose! In one night, thanks to the generosity of sponsors, food and drink purveyors, special friends, and 1,000 guests, we are aiming to break our fundraising record of $250,000 (net) to support Providence's courageous patients.

Back for our second year at REBEL, this year is expected to be even better than last. There will be all of the fan favourites of previous years (e.g., carved roast beef from Pilar’s Catering, Filipino delicacies from Casa Manila and spectacular liquid nitrogen ice cream from Ice Volcano), as well as several new food and drink donors to please your palate in every way. We are also introducing passed canapes to the event, so that a bite will never be out of reach! We promise Cuisine & Cuvée will excite all five senses and leave you wanting more.

For those who want to further support the important work of Providence Healthcare, an auction and raffle with many rare and money-can’t-buy experiences will let guests take home something special.
