We are getting crafty!

We couldn’t be happier to have Dixon’s Distilled Spirits and Woodhouse Brewing Co. back this year to round out your tasting experience. Both are growing Ontario companies using local, natural ingredients. Like the other exceptional food and drink purveyors who you will see at Cuisine & Cuvée, they are donating 100 per cent of their time and goods for you to enjoy. We encourage you to sample and return the favour by purchasing their products in the future.

Dixon’s Distilled Spirits

Dixon’s is Guelph’s first and only craft distiller, consisting of a small group of friends determined to make the smoothest and best tasting spirits you’ve ever had. Try their products on their own or in a cocktail. Some are traditional, but they have created several unique spirits.

  • Their Wicked Citrus Gin is the 2017 and 2018 World Gin Awards winner for “Best Canadian Contemporary Gin”. It’s light on the juniper with a refreshing hint of citrus.
  • Their Flaming  Caesar Vodka is up for “Best Canadian Flavoured Vodka” by the upcoming World Vodka Awards. It’s naturally infused with handpicked ingredients to create a vodka packed with flavor and heat!

Woodhouse Brewing Co.

Woodhouse is a small Toronto-based family business that creates one product – Woodhouse Lager – because, as Graham Woodhouse says, “We believe simplicity is a good thing.” It’s an easy-drinking amber lager, craft brewed using only four ingredients: water, barley, hops and yeast – and no preservatives.

Those ingredients are combined by the expert brewmasters at Cool Beer Brewing company, located in Etobicoke. The beer spends almost a month aging, which contributes to its smooth, balanced finish and sweet malty flavor.

To your health!
