About Chef Lynn Crawford
Meet Lynn Crawford, celebrated Celebrity Chef, award-nominated cookbook author, and internationally recognized as one of Canada’s most innovative leaders on the culinary stage.
Leveraging a 25 year culinary career, Lynn returned home to Toronto in 2010, and opened Ruby Watchco, a market inspired and critically acclaimed restaurant. In April 2015, she opened The Hearth located at Toronto Pearson International Airport.
Lynn’s television accolades include Pitchin’ In, The Great Canadian Cookbook, Iron Chef America, Iron Chef Canada, Top Chef Masters Season Five, Restaurant Makeover, Top Chef Canada and Chopped Canada.
Lynn is an accomplished cookbook author, having published Pitchin’ In (2012), At Home with Lynn Crawford (2013) and Farm to Chef (2017).
